First Course

*ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS - GF

Pan-roasted sprouts with bacon, shallots, and roasted garlic then finished with a touch of brown sugar and chili flakes. Crowned with a sunny side up egg and chives.

OR

PEAR & ROASTED BEET SALAD - GF

(starter size)

Fresh mixed baby spring greens tossed with house-roasted red beets, gorgonzola crumbles, sliced pears, candied walnuts and a pear vinaigrette.

OR

 TWIGS MEZZA

Grilled pita bread served with garlic hummus, olive tapenade, spiced tomato confit and marinated feta drizzled with extra virgin olive oil.

 

SECOND COURSE

* TRUFFLE PENNE

Tender steak pieces sautéed with broccolini, garlic, shallots and bacon tossed with penne in a white truffle-scented parmesan cream finished with tomato.

OR

PESTO MARGHERITA CHICKEN - GF

A duo of pesto encrusted chicken breasts broiled with fresh mozzarella and tomato served with chive sour cream mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables and pesto cream sauce.

OR

*PEPPER SALMON - GF

Pan-seared filet of fresh Wild Isles salmon over dirty rice and seasonal vegetables, with a roasted red pepper corn relish and Creole remoulade.

 

Dessert/Beverage

 CHOCOLATE HAUPIA - GF

Layers of dark chocolate and coconut sandwiched together on a salted macadamia crust served with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and toasted coconut.
