Appetizers

Roasted Curry Cauliflower

Pan-roasted cauliflower, caramelized pears, shaved Brussels sprouts, madras curry, lemon zest and roasted garlic.

Tuna Lettuce Wraps 

Ahi tuna mixed with a soy mustard sauce, green onions, avocado, pickled cherry tomatoes, served with butter lettuce and lime.

Burrata 

An Italian classic. Warm Burrata cheese paired with basil, pickled cherry tomatoes, olive oil, flaked sea salt, served with toasted focaccia and romesco sauce.

Entrees

Mango Redfish 

Pan-seared gulf redfish served with stir fried broccolini, peppers, red onions and kale paired with cilantro-lime emulsion and mango-avocado relish.

Sweet Corn Crusted Chicken 

Roasted airline chicken, sweet corn succotash, steamed rice, sliced avocado and romesco sauce.

Steak Au Poivre

Peppercorn crusted coulotte steak paired with red wine jus, whipped potatoes, roasted cremini mushrooms and roasted kale.

Dessert

Drunken Donuts

Our donut holes are fried golden then dusted with powdered sugar and served with Apple Pucker Caramel, Irish Cream Chocolate, and Amaretto Creme Anglaise dipping sauces.

Chocolate Kiss Martini

Svedka vanilla vodka, Irish cream, coffee liquor, creme de cacoa, and garnished with shaved chocolate.

Key Lime Martini

Svedka vanilla vodka, pineapple juice, vanilla syrup, sour and a splash of cream.

Pear and Roasted Beet 

Fresh mixed baby spring greens tossed with house-roasted red beets, gorgonzola crumbles, sliced pears, candied walnuts and a pear vinaigrette.

Entrees

Sweet Corn Crusted Chicken

Redfish Tacos
