Crispy pork belly paired with cucumber-tomato relish, shaved radish and a lemon dressing.
Blue crab layered with chilled shrimp, charred pineapple relish and shaved cabbage. Served with orange-basil dressing, basil leaves and wonton crisps.
Thin-cut asparagus tossed in a white truffle dressing with hard boiled egg, shaved Manchegocheese, crispy prosciutto chips, parmesan crisp and crispy fried asparagus tips.
Honey Dijon Fried Chicken
Chicken dipped in Dijon and buttermilk, fried till golden brown and served over parsnip puree, asparagus, drizzled with a maple glaze and garnished with watercress.
Hoisin BBQ Ribs
Baby back ribs grilled and glazed with a sweet-spicy sauce and served with chive sour cream mashed potatoes, watercress, and daikon radish slaw.
Pesto-crusted Misty Isle salmon roasted and served over artichoke-bacon hash with lemon dressing, artichoke frites, watercress and lemon.
Chocolate Kiss Martini
Svedka vanilla vodka, Irish cream, coffee liqueur, creme de cacoa and garnished with shaved chocolate.
Key Lime Pie Martini
Svedka vanilla vodka, pineapple juice, vanilla syrup, sour and a splash of cream.
Our donut holes are fried golden then dusted with powdered sugar. Served with apple puckercaramel, Irish cream chocolate and Amaretto crème anglaise dipping sauces.
