TWIGS REWARDS PROGRAM INSTRUCTIONS AND RULES

HOW TO ENROLL:

  • Simply Register Online HERE

  • Choose your favorite location.

  • Enter your email and you are done!

  • You will receive an email with additional instructions.

That's it! You're now ready to receive rewards for each visit! Simply show your QR code to your server.

ELIGIBILITY

You may enroll in the Program if: (a) you are at least 18 years of age at the time you enroll, (b) you have an active e-mail address, (c) you have an active telephone number (land line or mobile), and (d) you are an individual. No corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, may enroll.

REWARD PLAN

Birthday Bonus

During the month in which your birthday occurs, we will place a $10 credit on your rewards balance. (good for food purchases only in Utah).

Earn points for every dollar you spend

  • Earn 8% of eligible purchases

    • Food and Drinks earn points in WA and ID. Food only eligible in Utah.

    • $1 in spending is worth .08 cents in rewards back… $100 is worth $8 in rewards, etc.

  • Gift cards are not eligible for points

  • Must have a minimum of 250 points to redeem rewards. Points will be deducted as they are redeemed.

RULES

  • You must register prior to your visit to earn points.

  • Bonuses will not be awarded until you have registered online.

  • The Twigs Rewards program is not valid with any other offers or discounts.

  • You may only have one active card at a time and the card must be linked to an active e-mail address and phone number.

  • You will receive a receipt after each purchase, as confirmation that your points were credited to your account. Points will not be issued for tax or gratuity.

  • Only the Rewards member paying the bill may accumulate points. Rewards accounts cannot be shared and each member must have their own account.

  • Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to terminate the Rewards program, and to alter, limit, modify or add to the Rewards program rules, regulations, terms and conditions, including but not limited to imposing time limits and changes in point values, rewards and reward levels, without prior notice, and at any time.

  • Except where required by law or provided for in the program rules, Rewards points have no cash value. Points are surrendered for award redemption only.

  • Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar reserves the right to discontinue membership privileges and/or void all or a portion of a member's point balance if the points have been issued, received or redeemed through computer error, fraud or theft, and/or through illegal means or in a manner not authorized in the Official Rules & Conditions or in other legal or equitable remedy which may be available for the Rewards program under applicable law.

  • We will never share or sell our list of Rewards Members. By enrolling you agree to receive email communications about the program and other specials from Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar.

  • Employees of Twigs Bistro and Martini Bar are not eligible to participate in the Rewards program.

  • Memberships and all membership privileges will be cancelled after twelve (12) months of inactivity.

  • By enrolling in the program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The rules pertaining to the Rewards program, as well as the various specials and discounts, point-values and pricing are subject to change without notice.

  • Gift card purchases not eligible for Rewards points.
